LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY FELDHAKE, 1891
I, Henry Feldhake, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, as follows:
I will that after my death, all of my property, real and personal, shall be and belong to my wife as long as she may live; that she may use it for her personal
support and maintenance and other necessaries as she may see fit; provided that she remains my widow. But should she again marry, then she is to receive such
share or amount of my estate as the law will provide.
I will that after my death and after the death of my wife, all of the estate and property then left shall be and belong to my son John Henry Feldhake, in fee simple
and forever.
But provided: if my wife should again marry, then my son shall come in possession of the balance of my estate as soon as he comes to his majority.
I revoke all former wills by me made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and scroll seal this twenty-ninth day of December, 1891.
Henry Feldhake (signed and sealed)
Signed, sealed and acknowledged by said Henry Feldhake as his last will and testament in our presence and signed by use at his request and in his presence and in the
presence of each other.
