LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JESSEE A. HAGER, 1913
In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All, Amen:
I, Jessee A. Hager of the township of Blackcreek County Of Mercer
and State of Ohio, being about 58 years of age. and being of sound and disposing
mind and memory. do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last Wills and Testaments by me made
heretofore:
First - My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be
paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
Second:- I Give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Teresia B. Hager
Twenty five (25) acres of land in the South West corner of the South half of south
east quarter of Section No. nine, south of range one east also the personal
property that is left after my decease she however having right to sell the above
real estate for the betterment of her condition, after the death of my beloved wife
the property then left after her debts are paid the residue I will to my daughter
Ethel E. Miller or her heirs, excluding her husband said Otis Miller from any part
of her property. In case said Ethel E. Miller should die before my wife or having
no children of her own then the property left shall go to John M. Hager and Elisa
P. Will ( my brother and sister) and their heirs at law.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand to this, my Last Will
and Testament at my residence. this 15th day of October in the year of our lord.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the said Jessee A. Hager in our
presence and by him published and declared as and for his Last Will and Testament.
and at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other. we hereunto subscribe our names as attesting witnesses at his residence this 15th day of October A. D. 1913.
