LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE SEALSCHOTT, 1908

In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All, Amen: I, George Sealschott, of the Township of Center County of Mercer, and State of Ohio, being about 58 years of age, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last Wills and Testament by me made heretofore:

First: My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my Estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.

Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Dency Sealschott 40 acres of land in Section Thirteen (13) Center Township Mercer County, Ohio, described as follows: The South west Quarter (1/4) of the South West Quarter (1/4) of said Section during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow.

Third: After the death of my beloved wife Dency Sealschott I give, devise and bequeath said Real Estate to my heirs share and share alike including my grandchild Floyd Young.

Fourth: It is my will that my personal property be sold and the proceeds be used to pay my just debts, the balance, if any, to go to my wife to be used by her during her natural life, or as long as she remains my widow.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand to this my Last Will and Testament at Celina, Ohio, this 18 day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the said George Sealschott in our presence and by him published and declared as and for his last Will and Testament and at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, we hereunto subscribe our names as attesting witnesses at Celina this 18 day of November A.D. 1908.
