LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA SEVERNS, 1914
In the name of the benevolent Father of All.
I, Anna E. Severns of Mendon, Ohio, being of sound mind, do make
and publish this my last will and testament.
First it is my will that my husband William H. Severns, shall have,
full control of the farm on which I now reside, during his natural life. He shall
have the proceeds and profits thereof and enjoy them as fully as I now do. Said
farm is described as follows: It being the East half of the South west Quarter of
Section number fifteen, Town four south, Range three East in Union Tp. Mercer
County, Ohio.
After the death of my husband Wm. B. Severns It is my will that my
daughter Blanche Kennedy shall have full control of said above described together
with all its proceeds and profits during her life, excepting that she shall pay my
son William J. Severns Eight Hundred and sixty ($860.00) Dollars, within one year
after she becomes in possession of this land, with interest until after it becomes due. After the death of my daughter Blanch Kennedy I bequeath said above described land to her (Blanche Kennedy's) children and their heirs and assigns.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of May A. D. 1914.
